USING THE PROGRAM

Click Mulder and Mulder will say or do something.
If the LINES/ACTIONS button reads LINES he will speak.
If it reads ACTIONS he will do something.
And so on for the other characters.
If you didnt know, Gibson is the psychic kid (from series 5 and 6 I think).

Click LINES/ACTIONS to change from LINES to ACTIONS mode or vice versa.

Click OPENING CREDITS to insert opening credits.
Click NEW SCENE to begin a new scene.
Click COMMERCIAL BREAK to insert a commercial break
Click the V next to OTHER CHARACTER to add a line or action for another character.
Click the V next to CUSTOM CHARACTER to add a line or action for a custom character.
Click the OK buttons to add another.
Click MULDER'S BIG SPEECHES to insert a big speech from Mulder. Actually it is a very short speech, but you could adlib the rest I suppose.

You can modify the script directly as well by typing into it - so you can delete lines which make no sense. Or leave them in - Hell, it's the X-Files, it don't have to make sense.
Try not to write scripts into the EXE's folder, in case you overwrite a character's file accidentally. A special folder is provided for your scripts.

CUSTOM CHARACTERS

Make two files:

ccname.txt
accname.txt

Ccname.txt has one line at the top and a list of lines, same as always, but the first line is the character's name. Accname.txt has one line at the top and a list of actions, same as always, but the first line is the character's name. As examples I have included (for some reason) Barney the Dinosaur, Duke Nukem, and Kenny from South Park.

FUN GAME TO PLAY!!

>Press FUN GAME button.

>Type the number of lines Scully should have. (10-easy, 15-medium, 20-hard).

>Try to fit Mulder's lines around what she says to make a flowing conversation. It's easier than you'd think. Usually.

MODIFYING THE FILES

Couldn't be simpler. Just load em up and add stuff. See above for custom characters.

NOTE

This program and associated files (like this one) contain strong language and my be unsuitable for very young and/or whimpy children.
